So what have you come to expect from the avengers after the first movie? More Tesseract madness? Well your not wrong, but just as I expected this movie took less than thee minutes to become a Tony Stark fest. A lot of time and development went into him, although we did see some action with others to much of the time was spent with the viewers thinking about Tony Stark for my tastes. -1/5
Outside of Tony we got a look at potential love interests, I won't give anything away, although it took the stereotypical turn of "we could run away together" bleh. -1/5
Also can we talk about the bad guy? This dude was the comic relief half the time, literally the bad guy was the comic relief. What? You can't do that, this dude went back in forth from stupid to serious, his character was splintered and seemed to act differently scene to scene. That isn't how you make a movie. -1
ok lets talk a positive real quick, suspense was done fairly well, I kept thinking 'omg what are they going to do', good movie to see, but you may want to wait till its on shelves at your local store. [im sorry but popcorn at the movie theatre is enough to make you want to wait] But hey! I had the spare change so I went, you do you.
in conclusion, this movie seems to be a suspense builder, the credits scene hints at potential plot for avengers 3, it featured a character from the Guardians of the Galaxy. I'll let you go see it to figure out wich.
